Yea...you can buy online at PGC website. They discontinued the deadline for ML stamps a few years ago. You can buy at retailers as well.

No, you either have to have a general license tag, passed a hunter safety course or proved that you had a license before.

To expand on BB2's injection, you can buy a ML stamp to allow you to use your backtag on any deer, subject to AR rules of course. Or if you have used your buck tag previously, you can use an antlerless tag to hunt in ML. The deadline was rescinded and you can buy a stamp till the last day I believe.

Oh..just caught an intestinal virus that about kicked my ass. I never puked that long and hard in my life! I puked for over 8 hours and became very dehydrated and nutrient deficient. My legs were in excruciating pain if I tried to stand for more than a moment, up until today. I guess I got caught up with all those gatorades I've been chugging for the last couple days. My throat is feeling better as well. All that acid puke burned my pipes pretty bad.
I'm good though..thanks for asking Bob!
