Default Ostego County

Hey guys, new to the forum just wanted to say hello, and ask a quick question... I hunt in Ostego County, Worcester, was up a few weeks ago and didn't see squat. One turkey, and that is really odd for the property that we hunt. Not even much deer sign in the woods. Does anyone hunt the area, seeing any game?

I hunt 360acres in Unadilla, which is at the southeast corner of Otsego. Been busy as heck, but of the time I have spent in the woods with my bow, things have been really slow; but they were durring gun season last year too. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that things pick up durring gun season, when I finally get some time off to seriouslyhunt

I hunt next door in Delaware county near Stamford. I bowhunted a couple of weekends so far and saw a good number of deer, although didn't have any come within bow range. Looking forward to Saturday for the gun opener. I am not much of a bowhunter and I grow tired of just looking at them during the bow season. It gets down to business now that the gun season is here!

drenal I also hunt in New Berlin, you don't happen to hunt on Mooretown Road by any chance? I have seen some deer, even managed to take a spike and a doe with the bow. I would say deer movement has been about average.

I hunt Columbia County... have been seeing some deer, but not much... only 1 buck chasing so far.
I will be out in the Auburn area late next week for gun opener... should be good.
