Anyone ever had their fathers possesions ,sold out from under them by a girlfreind that lived with him after his death....Family Heirlooms
(My Uncles , Grandfathers, and Dads') ect....
My Dad and I,were andalways will always be very close,
My Dad taught me everything (This is soo hard) about Hunting and Fishing, We were and always will be best freinds, Our bondwas like most of youto share the closeness and family tradition as hunters and fisherman with
your Dad....I wish no one to go what i'm going through now...Talk to your Dad today, Tell Him You Love Him, Make sure he and his children are covered with a "WILL", Some things cannot be replaced................Its now almost 3 months and i've done 3/4 of the leg work......Consultation needed.

I'm sorry for you loss, he sounded like a good man. I'm not a lawyer but I did ace trusts & estates class last semester so I might be able to give you a little advice, best bet is to hire a good lawyer who deals with probate issues like this. Unfortunately these estate issues usually get messy and often times it is hard for the court to sort everything out unless there are written instruments. Feel free to PM if you have any questions
