There are no orange requirements for bowhunters or muzzleloader hunters however, small game hunters must wear orange.

Though there is not a legal requirement for orange some of the folks that I hunt with still put a vest or cap on while walking through the woods....just to be on the safe side. You have to understand the type of area that I hunt in...<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>

What about in Special Reg Counties? I thought we(Allegheny) Had to wear orange while bowhunting, because doe was still in with gun? I can't find anything in the book that says yes or no.

I think sluggers have to wear orange but the archers and muzzlestuffers don't. The book doesn't seem to make any distinction I can see about the special regs area . Kinda don't think that it's a good idea to go without orange if your going to be where guys (shotgunners) are likely to be expecting all hunters to wear orange though. Might be wise to at least put some on when you move.
