wmu 3N in upstate ny
i am curious if anyone knows where 3N is??? i just got me a doe tag from someone who is not goin to use it and i am not sure where that is. i probably will not use it either but i am curious

I guess it's all a matter of where you are standing.Can you get permits for any of the watershed property? We have some good hunting "up state" around Cannonsville and Pepacton Resevoirs.It's kind of a pain though.Between the DEC officers,and the Waterboard officers,you may get checked often.A friend of mine got checked 6 times in one day,twice by the same guy.

As you mentioned geographically it does include some land from Dutchess.
However, the lowers portions of Dutchess are much different in terms of access and opportunity than most of the rest of the county.
I think it is safe to generically call 3n Putnam...
3F is Dutchess proper.

Im glad to hear your not going to use your doe tag, we dont need anymore hunters in my county, mostof it is private property and you need to know someone to hunt here welp looks like theresmore deer for me and my hunting buddies.
