Like I said, germain, I could use the company. I hunt hard as heck for the two weeks of rifle season. I see very few hunters except for the first day. The state gamelands I hunt is rugged and steep. Come on and enjoy.

Thank-you for the offer turkeyhunter,I do appreciate it.But I have relatives and a gang I hunt with here in the NC.I also tip my hat to you for taking the youngster out. After getting his first buck I'm sure he's hooked!

I love the northcentral mountains, germain. I especially love the Quehanna/Wycoff Run area. One of these days I will buy a camp up there, if I don't die of old age first.

Yes sir there's some great wild country in Quehanna.Don't get in there much but scouted and hiked the area.I always said if PA does have mountain lions they'll find them in Quehanna.

Some interesting stuff here. The Army Corps of Engineers IR flyover data is on this website. For those who want to go somewhere that there are plenty of deer, here might be the place:

This is all very laughable to me. Can't anyone else see that the PGC deer management is just completely wrong. How could they even begin tosay how manydeer there are.It is all a GUESSand nothing more! They have no idea howmany deer areeven harvested.
