I have 45 acres of property for sale in Calhoun County, IL. The property is probably around 40 acres of timber and 5 acres of grass fields. There is a nice house on the property with 4 or 5 outbuildings/sheds. This property sits 1 mile South of the Pike County Line. It is located on Panther Creek which is known as one of the best hunting areas in the Pike County vacinity. This area is rich with cropfields and timber that has not been logged in almost 30 years. This property has never beenleased out so the hunting pressure has been minimal. The asking price for this 45 acres is $5000/acre, but that includes the home and all the outbuildings.
