Have any of you folks done any serious hunting or fishing on these lands. I went there a couple summers ago and stayed a couple days. There was so many spots to try I really didn't know where to. I did catch a few small bass but the fish were not hitting very good. It was to hot during the dog days of summer. The area looks like it has alot of potential.

Try night fishing in the dog days. An old friend of mine swears by night fishing bass in late August.
