To all those planning on attending the UBI region 5 event at Rend Lake,
Camping will be at the South Marcum campground, Covey point loopplease remember to let Bill Kissner know so that he can plan for the BBQ on Saturday night. (you can help Bill out by bringing a dish to pass)

I will be there. This is a UBI(United Bowhunters of Illinois) event put on byBill Kisner, who just happens to be a member of the Illinois Bowfishers. In factabout 1/5 of the Illinois Bowfishers are UBI members. The last two years the Illinois Bowfishers have had an event the same day as Bill's Bowfishing Bash. I know some of you where just down to Rend at the Billy Davis Memorial Shoot but this is a way of showingsome of the rest of the UBI members what we do. Hoping to sign up a few more members to our club at this event. Most of the UBI guys will be shooting from the banks below the Rend Spillway. Hoping you cametake some of the guys out that have Bowfished at nightand show them how much fun they are missing. You might even be interested in join the UBI. Bill is donating the meat for this event and he makes a mean BBQ. I sure would like to see some Club support on this event. Great fishing on this lake and below the dam if you have never been there before.
