I downloaded this picture from ebaumsworld.com - no other information was provided other than the title 'World Record Carp.' There were other pictures of the same fish. Maybe if the guy has bad teeth we could assume he is from England!

Well, I did a little research and it seems this common carp was caught in German waters (No body of water given) by Dieter Markus Stein on December 17, 2006. The fish weighed in at 84.1 lbs.!!!!!! Here are some more pictures from a website called cats-n-carp.
