RE: News letter
The Newsletter looks great. I feel sorry for the non members who don't get one. This is the best on yet. Christine has done another outstanding job on the newsletter and she let me fold them.
Jonny b....there was still some open water over at Clinton Lake. The ramps are all froze up, but there look to be some great areas to walk the banks if I only had a back back frame where I could throw in a battery and hit the shore line at nite. I am sure the big ones are up on the bank.

Kendall should get most of the credit again. He does most of the work and then I dink around with the stuff. I tried for 20 minutes to get that page number on page three to not be dorked and finally gave up. (got it fixed now, after the first 40 newsletters went out) [:-]
Thanks also to Dean Adams for the article on canning carp!

Got mine too!
I started looking through it in the snow as I walked to the house from the mailbox.
Very nice. I liked the pix on the front page. Those 2 speices do occasionally get mistaken for each other, don't they?
I think that new competition will take off too. Could be some nice payouts there. After all, anybody can get big fish, even a shorebound new guy with a 30 pound bow and a hand wound spool. It really is up for grabs.
