Hey guys, NC is not a widely known place for monster bucks, but Buttermilk Creek Outfitters in north central NC has some very good deer and at an awesome price. They manage several thousand acres of primo deer and turkey habitat. The season starts early in September, so you also have a chance for a nice velvet buck. The license is also very affordable. All hunts will include lodging in our newly remodeled tobacco barn cabin or our separate lodge, which sits on a large pond stocked full of bass and crappie that you may help yourself to while relaxing between the hunts! A light breakfast and a sandwich lunch followed by a good ole southern dinner will also be offered to you.

Turkey Hunt Rates
All hunts are fully guided
Half Day Hunt $175 (no meal)
Full Day Hunt $325. Includes meals and lodging at one of our cabins the night before the hunt, if desired
3 Day Hunt $950 – Includes all meals and lodging at one of our cabins

Here are some deer from our area and 1 that is still walking on one of our farms! He was seen several times, but never killed.
