I have some incredible high country wilderness drop camp hunts available in Colorado for 2012. These hunts are conducted in the northwest part of Colorado in an area where foot traffic is all that is allowed. You will be packed into a fully set up wall tent camp via horseback, where everything you will need during your hunt is provided right down to the silverware. The hunt is a full 5 days, with a day to pack in and a day to pack out, making for a 7 day adventure. Tags are available over the counter for the 2nd and 3rd rifle seasons. Cost is 1400.00 per person and includes the packing out of any animal harvested from the kill site. You will have to provide your own food and personal gear and it is also the responsibility of the hunter to have there harvested animal cleaned, quartered and ready for transport off the mountain.
