Muddy Farms Morgan County, IL 120 Acre Bow Lease
This property sits deep inside of some very promising trophy whitetail country. This property is part of a family farm. This tract hasn't been bow hunted for 10 years, and only has been lightly gun hunted. Of the 120 acres, 50 acres are wooded. A fair size creek runs through the property. There are several acres of switch grass adjoining the timbers (great bedding areas). The rest of the property consists of cropland. This acreage is a bow hunter's dream, plenty of timber, lots of good bedding ground, water and feed. We will only lease this property for 1 week this year. Hunters may choose their week. We will guarantee this property will not be hunted before our hunters have had their week of hunting. This type of lease gives a great advantage to hunters, enabling them to hunt undisturbed deer.

Minimum of 4 hunters required, or the price of. Price: 1 week (4 hunters): $2100.00
Option: We would consider leasing property as 2 tracts for groups that could offer only two hunters (Tracts would be split by creek). Price: 1 week (2 hunters): $1,050.00
Hunters may harvest does and any size buck with legal tag.
