I have about 4000 acres in Unit 14 just NE of Emporia. The river tract is 1440 acres with a little over a mile on the river. The west side of the river is planted and this year will be in soy or wheat and the East side is CRP. The other tracts are 160ac, 400ac, 1400ac, 160ac and 240ac. and most tracts are planted and all have some CRP. This is the home of the Monster Bucks and we have our share of them. I am offering 5 day Rifle hunts with lodging included for $3000.00 and Bow hunts for $2250.00 including lodging with Rut and Pre-Rut hunts costing $2750.00 including lodging for a five day hunt. The early bow season will offer the opportunity to spot and hunt Bachelor groups. I also will offer 4 Black Powder Hunts for $2250.00. There will not be more than 4 hunters on the land any week and there are weeks I am not offering to take all pressure off the deer.
