Have 80 acres crp on the Iowa side of the road at the state line, just off I-35 about a mile. Deer cross back and forth from Missouri. Annual lease of $2000. for hunting only. Suitable for 2-3 people with plenty of great stand sites. Five acre lake and one small pond with heavy deer trails. Last buck killed here was 14 points scoring 180, three years ago. Unfortunately he was killed by a poacher from the road. This land has not been hunted for 20 plus years. Bow, shotgun, or pistol hunting, but must have earned the prefference points to be sure of a tag. Must follow all Iowa laws.
