Default Iowa hunting land edited April 14

Have 80 acres CRP available in Iowa for the entire Iowa season. This land has had some really great deer seen and taken from it including a 14 point buck that scored 160! The price is $2,000 for all legal game, all seasons 2009. This place used to be a great pheasant and quail farm too, but I am not sure if it still is, as I have not hunted it for years myself.I only want two hunters though as I don't want it over hunted, and may return to hunting it myself someday. call me for details if interested. (660)-373-0074 Edited April 14 to answer question below. Yes there are some trees and wooded ditches on the property that hold deer, and surrounding property that holds deer too! The property to the East and South East which is across a blacktop in Missouri has had Zero hunting on it for over 50 years. It is owned by an anti hunter and grows some huge deer because it is a true sanctuary never touched by hunters. These deer cross into Iowa, across my 80 to get to the fields North of the 80 which are planted in corn or beans. This property is also not hunted. The property West may be hunted some butI have never seen a hunter there. South as I said, is across a blacktop into Missouri. It is especially suited to bowhunters, or stand hunters anyway. The deer are there but you have to wait them out. The place is great, but too small to stalk or plan drives. You would only spook everything out for the day. Will allow walk in hunting only. No driving in. Location, Decatur County Iowa about one mile West of I-35 at the state line exit. Local outfitters in Leon Ia (15 miles N.E.)charge $3,900. for a 5 day hunt on poor quality land. So this should be an unbeatable deal for someone. I am serious though about not over hunting with too many people and will only lease to one or two people max. you may hunt every day of every season, but only the two people on the lease. You may take your kids hunting during youth seasons if you wish, or you may take your family fishing on the 5 acre lake. But otherwise it's two guns at a time and only the two on the lease. If you need to drive in to fish or get a deer out I must be called and will help if needed. All hunting and fishing laws apply.
