250 acre bowhunting lease Crittenden County KY
I have 250 acres in Crittenden County KY that I will be leasing the bowhunting rights for 4 hunters. This property consists of 2 mature hardwood timberridges, thickets, food plots, creek that runs the entire property.I have hunted this property for the last 3 years and the deer are abundant. There will be no bowhunting 3 days prior to the modern firearm season. This propertyis only acouple of miles from the ohio river. The nearest town is Marion, KY. Price will be $3000.00 per year for the lease. There is a possibility of a campsite if arrangements are made.

RE: 250 acre bowhunting lease Crittenden County KY
Hello,
do you own this property and leasing it to 4 others for bowhunting and you will hunting after the general gun season starts?...just wondering as the only times for me to get there would be that first week of the season in September and then later during December and January. Is theremuch huntingpressurearound this property?...reason being, it may still be good hunting during the late season after others push deer onto the property while still holding a quality, available food source. Who maintains the food plots through the year?Interested, however, can you provide any more information on the quality of bucks that may be present, like, was this property ever trophy managed or managed to any degree in the past?..just wondering as I have a full plate of options and trying to decide what to do. Any further information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time!
