Getting a head start on booking Spring black bear hunts. If you have ever wanted to hunt black bear in the Alberta wilderness, this is the hunt for you. By booking early, you will dramatically increase your odd's in getting the dates you want.

This is a 6-day hunt in a 2-bear per license area over bait.

You will hunt in the bush! You will be lodged in a 10' x 12', two person heated outfitters tent. Meals, guides and capping of trophy are included. The hunting area is situated between the Peace and Wabaska rivers. The season just ended and one of the hunters, from Hungary, harvested a 525 pound bruin!

If you drive, you will be met at Ft. Vermillion, Alberta. If you prefer to fly, your arrival location is Highlevel, Alberta. There is a $50.00 per person pick-up/return fee if you fly.

Cost of the hunt is $2,000.00 per hunter, which includes the trophy fee on one bear. A second bear can be added for only $300.00. Non-hunters can be added for $500.00 per person.

Not included is transportation to/from Canada, bear license ($100 Canadian), weapons import fee and shipping of meat/hide.
