INCINOLET. Its an incinerating toilet, works on 110v. The toilet is stainless steel, weighs about 85 pounds. The user puts a fresh wax coated "filter" in a cone shaped bowl before each use. After use just step on a lever and the doings just drop down into the lower unit where it is incinerated. The "smoke" is vented thru the wall via a 4" pvc pipe. Once a day we empty the ash pan into a plastic garbage bag. We installed it in less than an hour, it worked great all last year.
TimberCreek, $1500. Our soil is heavy clay, poor perc so a septic system was going to run $10,000. We didn't want to do anything in violation of the law or to jeopardize the environment ie. the water. www.incinolet.com is their web site.
