I've had good luck in buying from them - but then I don't expect refunds in the future on items purchased today.

I love Natchez SS!!!! I have nothing but positive things to say about them. Not only do their prices beat just about everyone else, I have had great customer service.

I received a gun case that a had a broken handle on it. Probably during shipping. I had a new case a week later. I have ordered the wrong size for things and sent them back with no problems.

Before I buy anyting, I aways check to see if Natchez has it, and if they do, they generally beat anyone else's price.
