RE: Which full size truck to buy?
Hey I am no expert, but...I have 3 kids, a mortgage, etc. AND a 1993 GMC Sierra ext cab 4x4 with 187K miles on it that's still running great. It is the 5th GM 4x4 I've owned, all have gone lots of miles, and all have been pretty trouble-free. If a family friendly, low maintenace truck is what you want, the big GM ones (GMC or Chevy) are tough to beat.

RE: Which full size truck to buy?
I've only owned 2 Ford trucks since 1987 so can't tell you about the other brands. My first one I sold had 210,000 on it and was still going strong. It lacked 4 wheel drive and it was black with no air so I bought a new F-150 due to my need for 4 wheel drive. I just turned 190,000 on this one and it shows no signs of letting up. I've had the rear end go out which cost me some but other than that it's been running good.

RE: Which full size truck to buy?
This is the never ended debate, but i will throw my $.02 in.. GET THE FORD. i have had them all in some way shape or form. I will never buy a GM again. Can't go wrong with a tundra either, or a nissan. But if you want to stay with a domestic truck, the ford is the only one to get. Just my opinion, but my fords have always seemed to take more abuse and with alot less dealer time.
