Waterproof gear
Are there any other gear besides Gore-Tex that is truly waterproof?
Several items I see in Cabela' s/Bass Pro / etc mention waterproof. I have even bought stuff locally only to find out that it' s hardly waterproof - maybe water resistant but it doesn' t take long to soak through.
I' m looking for rain gear that is quiet and will keep me dry.
