I have a pair of Banner/Trophy 10 x 42' s which I had been given for Christmas. Recently, I had a problem with them after a short fall...having a double image. I returned them to Bushnell with the simple request of having them back by Oct. 18th, our bow season opener.
In much less time than I anticipated, my problem was solved. Instead of them returning my old ones, I received a box containing a brand new pair!
Problem solved, back in plenty of time for the opener and happy to say a great pair of binoculars.
Just wanted to share this with anyone looking for some good, affordable optics.
