Don't know the backstory, but I trust in Bullcamp, so I'm offering this with piqued reservation:
1) I'm estimating that you're posting a lot of detail to look legitimate here, so you can post the banner ad that has been removed from your post.
2) I'm going to answer anyway, because this question comes up a few times a year, so hopefully someone else will read it and avoid asking the question again.
3) All of the detail you added to your post was worthless. All you needed to point out was A) pistol and B) 45acp. None of the rest matters.
4) You didn't specify what type of hunting you'll be doing with it.
5) In a nutshell, no, a 45acp pistol is not a good hunting weapon. Not enough punch to make a good hog weapon unless you have SMALL hogs in your area, not nearly enough range for deer (not legal in most states anyway), overkill for small game like rabbits, not enough range for coyotes. You likely don't shoot it well enough to hunt anything with it anyway, and if you expect to need a 16rnd pistol for any type of hunting, I wouldn't want to be in a "hunting party" with you.
