I ended up going with the Swarovski A-line 3-10x42. It will be delivered to me a week from Sunday. My rifle is being " bead-blasted" right now, and after a little triger-work and the mounting of the scope, I should be shooting it within about 3 weeks.
My price was under $600 on it, and with the 3.5" of eye relief, I feel I have a great gun/scope combination.
