Rangefinder arc

RE: Rangefinder arc
I have a Leica 800 and it's always worked good from 20' up, I range my practice target and it's been right on from 10 to 30 yds. from my tree stand. Maybe from greater hights you might run into a false reading but I doubt it.

RE: Rangefinder arc
I have a bushnell 1000 arc, and I am so glad. I moved from SE Kansas to Montana, and it goes out with me even from the ground blind! It has a ton of features and really helped me lean better range estimation and the ability to choose a brush option or a bullseye option is great also. I truly say it's benefit because of the hilly and mountains. It really opened my eyes for hunting from tree stands, I would have missed a LOT of stuff without the arc feature. I say go for it as it is better to have it, that not have it and need it!
