RE: treelounge loc-on stand
I'M NOT SURE IF THEY OFFER A LOC ON STAND. I HAVE BEEN THINKING ABOUT TAKING A SCREW IN TYPE TREE STEP TO SECURE MY TREE LOUNGE UP IN A TREE. I HAVE A COUPLE CLIMBING STICKS TO GET UP INTO THE STAND. I DON'T HAVE THE BOWHUNTER PLATFORM FOR MY STAND YET. THE ONLY PROBLEM I MIGHT ANTICIPATE WOULD BE HOW EASY OR HARD IT WOULD BE TO GET IN AND OUT OF THE STAND FROM THE CLIMBING STICK.I MIGHT NEED TO PUT A COUPLE SCREW IN STEPS TO HOLD ONTO OR STEP ON TO MAKE IT EASIER TO GET IN AND OUT. THERE HAVE BEEN OPENING DAYS WHEN THERE WAS A LOT OF ACTION AND I WAS IN AND OUT OF MY STAND 3 OR 4 TIMES WHICH WAS KIND OF A PAIN CLIMBING UP AND DOWN.
IABSOLUTLEY LOVE MY TREE LOUNGE. IT IS A LITTLE ON THE HEAVY SIDE AND NOT THE EASIEST STAND TO PACK FOR A LONG HIKE.I WISH THE PLATFORM THEY MAKE FOR IT WAS A LITTLE BIGGER. BUT, IT IS BY FAR THE MOST COMFORTABLE TREESTAND I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. I HAVE SHOT 7 DEER OUT OF MY LOUNGE AND4 OF MY HUNTING BUDDIES ALSO HAVE THEM. ACTUALLY MY ONE FRIEND HAS 2 LOUNGES! THE ONLY OTHER STAND I MIGHT USE WOULD BE A DOUBLE LADDER STAND WHEN MY SON GETS OLDER JUST SO WE CAN SIT TOGETHER.
IF YOU DON'T HAVE ONE GET ONE YOU WON'T BE SORRY.
