Puma, lockblade, Info needed.
I have a new Puma {Duke Model} The blade will not stay locked open, there is a little piece of metal that falls out of it that must be somekind of spring. Does anyone know where to send it for repairs, its never been used an I would very much like to get it fixed, Does Puma have a representive here in the USA or does it have to go back to Germany? I have checked their website out and there is nothing there but some over seas phone numbers, and the paper work that came with the knife is no help either. Thanks for any help.

They have a repair/warantee shop in Seatle. I sent a knife in that I had for 20 years and they replaced it no charge. The usual warantee is only 1 year. I can't remember the name of the place. I did a search for Puma Knives and found it that way. I believe it was at www.coastcutlery.com
