Buffalo Hunting
Are majority of buffalo hunts now days on some kind of ranch??? would this still be a fun hunt even though there not free range??? how difficult of a hunt is it???i disagree with high fence places but would love to hunt buffalo and can't seem to find many places that arent on ranches!

RE: Buffalo Hunting
I know that all the hunts I saw online while looking to book my hunt were on Ranches. High fence or not doesnt make a difference when booking a buffalo hunt...... they are not quite the jumpers that deer are.

RE: Buffalo Hunting
If you don't want to shoot a Buff on a ranch. Then you better get in line to wait 20 years to draw in Wyoming, Mont. and Utah... I have a buddy that has them on 15,000 acres but a ranch hunt is only as cool as you want to make it. Nice mount, meat and robe. Obviously not nocking Buff shoots but they will never be like hunting deer, elk or others. Again you make it what you want. On the Buffs that are free range the tough part is getting the tag.
