Update on our hog hunt at Bostic.
Doubt if we ever go back,the guides were very nice but that didn't help anyone see any hogs.Out of 17 hunters only 3 got a hog,2 were shot from the truck as they were taken to their stands the first day.2 hogs were shot out of one stand on the last day buy one hunter.I saw plenty of deer and did bow hunt one evening and saw 14 hogs but they were being chased by 2 boars and couldn't get a shot.
The equiptment isn't being taken care of one of the trucks had bad springs and my ass is sore from bounceing,the last stand I sat in the last day was metal and part of the floor was broken loose,waiting on someone to run their leg through it.
About every stand I sat in someone had written"NO HOGS GET REFUND"
I think the property is hunted out and needs a break for the hogs to build back up.There were 9 more hunters coming in after we left sunday.
