trap looks good,but i've been told that they will dig out?????
we caught 4 small ones in the cage trap few weeks ago,and 3 outside the trap just hangin around.of course they ran off as we approached.the other 4 now have a nice little pen,with 3 hots and a cot.
at least for a year or so...ha ha...

If the trap is big enough normally they will settle down in the trap and not try to escape. Though if you have problems with them digging you can bury the wire about a foot or so deep to keep them from digging.

Well, so far we never had any dig out. We'd check it everyday though. We did line the inside with chain link and some smaller mesh wire because the pigglets could jump through the stock panel. First we used 2 ft mesh around the bottom edge of the pen walls, but we went back and put another row on top of that one because we saw the pigglets (about 8 of them greasy suckers)jump over the 2ft high mesh and wiggle through the sqaure holes in the panel. It was pretty funny. But also frustrating cause these little dudes were crock-pot sized.
