Diesel and corn mixed, keeps the other kritters from eating it too. . .

Another one, get your self a old rail road tie or piece of telephone pole. They love to rub on Creasote covered things. Put it near your bait pile, if they are around they will start rubbing that thing.

Feel free to check out our site for some of our attractants. Georgetown is right. They love creosote. If you can find it, they make a creosote soaked rope that you can just wind around trees and make rubbin poles. I found some once, but never could again. If not, use the railroad ties. You can refresh them with used motor oil. Good luck,

Dig a hole as deep as you can with post hole diggers and fill it half full with corn. Then add a pack of dry strawberry jello. Then top it off with corn. Works great . They will come back and dig at it for weeks. Another trick is to soak corn in water for about a week with a half bottle of oil of anes (sp) in it. Then pour that into a hole. Also nail some carpet to a tree and soak it in diesel, as others have mentioned. They love to rub on diesel.
