RE: Three questions, please help
on raptor arms, their made in a neighboring town of mine shelton ct, i want to say it;s an expansion of charter arms (also in shelton, used to be in ansonia my home town) but i;m not too sure, awhile back i had a chance to check out one of their bolt actions, for the price it certainly seemed serviceable. wasn;t a fan of the plastic trigger guard, who knows it could turn out to be like a h&r rifle, cheap but good enough for huntin..

I have a 7600 270 as well. The best grouping bullet is Winchester Supreme 130 Gr Ballistic Tips. But the Federal premium boattails in 130 & 150 work well, as does the 139 Hornady BTSP. Some shells my gun does not like are Remmington 140 prem. boattails and Winchester Failsafes.
