Was wondering how this bullets has been shooting for people. The all copper construction seems odd! Also was wondering weather or not this bullet will expand fast enough on deer or is it better used on elk an other larger game? I don't reload, the only company that loads this bullet that I'm aware of is Federal, an the only wight they make for 30-06 is 180gr. So is this a good deer bullet or not? any input on how accurate this bullet is would be great to, the guy at the store said I'd be lucky to get a 3in. group with um, I don't trust those guys at the store though Federal on the other hand says that it is an "extremely accurate" bullet, but I guess you'd expect that from them...anyway I' going to shut up now...once again thanks in advance

Based on what they told you,I wouldn't either.The only way to tell how a bullet will shoot in your gun is to actually shoot it in your gun.

I have found the 180gr TSX to one of the most accurate bullets in my 300RUM. I got .75" groups at 200 yards 3 groups in the row last time I tested.
