Which Rifle?
I would like to buy a rifle in the next year and i was wondering what brand I should get. Do you think I should buy a Rem 700, win70 browningbar or a savage110? could you give me some of the pro's and con's for the different guns? thanks for any help you can give me.

RE: Which Rifle?
i like remington bolt actions, just a personel issue mainly for the action (the 700's and model 7) and thier triggers and its what i'm most familiar with, all of the firearms you mentioned are/can be good shooters
best of luck

RE: Which Rifle?
I know that Savages have the excellent acctrigger's on them, are reasonably priced, and have very good out of the box accuracy.
700's are fine and you can get one in about 400 different styles, same with the model 70's. I like the 70 Classics w/ controlled feed.
BAR's are excellent semi-automatics, probably the best for hunting rifle stuff.
If I were buying a new rifle, which I rarely do (like one in a box), I'd find me either a Classic 70 or 700 w/ a 26+" bbl and in 25-06.

RE: Which Rifle?
Go to a gun store and handle all the guns mentioned then pick the one you like the best.
Check 'em out, determine which cartridge you want it chambered for, and pick the one
available that you like best, and fits you best.
