Let's see here,,,we have the 7x57, the 7mm WSM, the 7mm SAUM, the 7-30 waters, the 7x64, the 284 win, the 7mm rem mag, the 7mm wby mag, the 275 h&h mag, the 7mm dakota, the 7mm STW, the 7mm rem ultra mag, the 7mm-08 and the .280 rem. hummm....I think I'll pick the 30'06. Seriously folks, for deer, it just don't matter. If you are hunting Elk, Moose etc. you need to make a bigger hole! That's my 2 cents. PS. My deer gun is a steyr 7x57. I own a sako 7mm mag and 7mm-08. I love 'um all. PPS. I sure like the way my 7x57 doesn't kick!!!!! just pick one and shoot it!
