If you want it to be dead on at 200 yards then you are going to have to sight it in at 200 yards but I'm told sighting in at 25 yards will get you close. Anyone please correct me if I misinformed.
Winchester's web site provides scaled down ballistic tables for its ammunition. Velocity and energy at set ranges are listed as well as the trajectories of the bullet when the rifle is zero'd at both 100 and 200 yards. I think the barell length used for these tables is 24 inches, but maybe 26 inch barells are used for magnum calibers, I don't know.
Regardless of whether or not the length of your barell matches barells used to produce the ballistics tables, chances are good your rifle will not perform exactly as the tables perdict though they may be close.

Nothing better than shooting the distance first hand! This is the next best thing www.huntingnut.com
You can dowload a balistics table for any combo of caliber and bullet...<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

DaNewf is right. You can (should!!!) start out at some short range in order to get on paper, but even if the trajectory of your load would give you a dead-on elevation at both ranges, ie, 25 and 200 yards, you actually have to confirm your zero by shooting at the longer range. It is entirely possible (LIKELY, EVEN!!) that your windage will have to be changed to get you dead-on at the longer range.
