Mine only got the synthetic. She knows me too well. Im am hell on wood stocks. I quit buying them years ago. My wife is rather intuitive. I like the walnut stocks. My browning auto 5 has one, I think walnut is the prettiest wood for stocks.

Thanks burnie. My oldest son will be thirty five about the time of our anniversery. My wife was the smartest move I ever made. She says however, that I was just lucky.

When I bought my last gun, 44 mag black hawk, my wife said the same thing. What can that pistol do that all your others cant. I told her, its accessories. Then I remind her of all the lotions, makeup, and I bring up the ebay charges on the old credit card. We call it a draw. I had been wanting a 300, and she knew it, so she decided to get me one. I was as supprised as anyone would be.
She did give me grief on my last bow. I had a little trouble justifying it. I bought a new Razor tech that has done nothing but collect dust. I didnt like it as much as my old Exell. I guess I could sell it and buy her something nice.
