Article on a new 'smart gun'
This new (electronic) pistol is being developed in Australia. It'll be interesting to see how it holds up next to traditional mechanic pistols.

Just what I need. A gun that is smarter than I am. Which many here would say don't take much. I think we are heading that way though. Guns that won't fire unless it has your fingerprints on file and stuff like that. Interesting.

I suppose that all criminals who possess guns will automatically switch over to these new "smart guns" More like "stupid guns", because anyone who buys one is stupid. What happens when your at a resturaunt eating your fried clams and lobster, or whatever and a guy comes in to rob the place and you pull out your "smart gun" and it won't fire cause you got greasy fingers?
