Default Savage 220 slug gun

Guys I'd be on this if I was ever going to hunt a shotgun only zine. But Gunbroker has a listing for a new one with zero bids and starting at $449. Goid luck.

Can't beat the 220 for a slug only area.

That one's at $409 right now.

Yeah thats the one. If I wasn't so old and didn't have so many guns I'd buy it just to have it.

Philly and pittsburgh areas both have extended slug only antlerless seasons.

That's true Jake but I haven't hunted those areas in my 55+ years and I don't think I will in the future. In fact, except for one time, the past 20 years the only places I've hunted in PA are around home and up at the camp. I used to hunt up at my friends farm every year for doe but back in 2000 he sold the place and moved to Florida and since then he moved from there to Tennessee.

I hunted a couple public spots around pittsburgh a few years ago in that late season. Lots of people sign, very little deer sign.

Wish I could find a piece of property there. I love late season doe hunting.
