Slug guns continue to impress
Rifled slug guns continue to impress me. If you spent any time using smoothbore and bead sights... You know the frustration they can be.
We used to brag about hitting a paper plate at 50 yards.
Now this is possible at 100.
Ohio allows straight walled rifles now. But I still keep a few slug guns around for a few special areas I apply to. Wife and I have a hunt coming up on November 9th in a special draw slug only area. I don't feel handicapped at all carrying this slug gun.
