Hornady sells both bullets and loaded ammo with 80g A-Max 223 ammo...Nosler also makes a 80g Custom Competition and loads ammo for it, Sierra make and loads a 80g MK...those are the ones i know of off the top of my head...the US Military also had some 100g FMJ's loaded at one point...

you need an 8 twist to shoot 75 gr. in the 223, a 7.5 for 80, and a 7 for 100 gr, most 223's are 9
