Whats the word on the mossberg 4x4?
I saw one today,
stainless, composite stock, scope, muzzle brake, and savage like trigger...
Price was good and I havent heard anything bad about it, but cant find much info on it...
So do any of u have it or have shot it? What did u think?
It was 270 win...
Thanks

I have a buddy that just bough one in 30-06 and he loves it...however, he has never met a gun he didn't love, lol. But, he says this is his favorite rifle (I take others' advice more than his, but for what it is worth...). He did say that with that muzzle break you better have some hearing protection on (as with any muzzle break).
I saw groups he shot with it...Remington core-lokt 165 gr...3 shots in 1.4 inches at 100. Not too shabby.

Just not alot out there about the Mossberg 4x4. I looked at one briefly before I bought my last rifle. It seems like the guns that get talked about most in this price range are Savage, Tikka, Weatherby Vanguard (cheaper one), TC venture, and probably the Marlin. I probably missed a couple, but those are the ones I here the most about. This doesn't mean the Mossberg isn't a good gun. Hopefully you'll find some more info on it other than from the guy behind the counter trying to sell it.
