Savage 220 slug error...
It appears savage says this thing is a sabot slug gun, but it's a rifle I tell ya!
Finally got a chance to shoot it, still need to try 1 other load, but this load is already WAY better/tighter than any slug gun I've ever shot.
And oh baby is a 20ga no pain at all too shoot!
Was shooting the federal barnes expander tipped, gonna try some rem accutip when I can find them somewhere, out of stock everywhere, online, in person, etc...

Have always shot 12gauges, mostly rem 1100's, all loads, rifled barrels,
I call BS from most guys saying how great their slugs shoot, and usually 3" at a100yds from a 12ga rifled barrel sounds "awesome" and honestly if I hit a pie plate at a 100yds I'd say you were doing well/average.
I think this thing will easily do 1-2" groups at 100yds!
Very excited to slug hunt for once!
Not to mention the kick on this thing is probably like a .270...aka barely noticeable!

Bronko, I have the same problem.
I "need" to get a gun for my oldest, she'll be hunting with me in a few years, but I should get it soon, so I have it. This might be the thing to buy.

Pretty sure the 110 action it's built on comes in a left hand, and if these keep selling like hot cakes, I'm sure they'll be offering a lefty sometime.
Although with this being the most accurate slug gun out there, all you need is 1 shot get one already! haha.
