Difference Between CCI LR MiniMags & CCI LR Blazers?

Whats the difference between CCI LR Mini Mag 40gr & CCI LR Blazer 40gr other than the price? They both have 1255fps muzzle velocity & both have 140ft-lbs of muzzle energy but in the last copy of Sportsman Guide theres a noticable difference in price for 2500 rounds. Anyone know why the Mini Mags are higher?

Here is what I'm told;

"minis are copper jacketed while the blazers are wax lubed lead"

Also I know the Mini -mags shoot cleaner...........recommended for break-in.
