where do most of you guys find used guns. ive heard word from friends about people trying to sell a gun but thats fairly rare for me. i also check classifieds occasionally but i was wondering where else to check.

There are a few on-line sites, but I mostly look in a local weekly publication that deals mostly in auto and gun ads from private parties. Small gun shops often carry guns that were traded in, and my shooting club has a bulletin board that is pretty active. If you take your time and sort through the BS there are some good deals to be had.
