New Remington CDL is impressing me.....
Recently purchased a left handed Remington CDL in .270. Finally got my Talley Lightweights in and mounted my Leupold VX-3 3.5-10X40 on it.
Shooting from a "decent" rest at 100 yards, It plopped 3 rounds into a 3/4" group with factory 130gr. Remington CorLocts.
Can't wait to start handloading for it and see what it's real potential is. I could have shaved a tad off that group with just a super solid rest.

Good luck with the handloads. I purchased a Remmy BDL .270 almost 20 years ago and it has been a tackdriver since the day I brought her home. I went on a whitetail hunt in Texas last year and in preperation for the hunt, I had a trigger job done on mine and also put a set of talley mounts it in and set a Bushnell Elete 6500 to top it off. That is one sweet shooting rifle. I have a friend hand load my rounds. Congrats on the rifle!!!!!
