Sounds like a grey wolf. In great condition and shooting great, I would value it at 800 dollars myself.

I agree with Big...$800-$850. Yes, it's worth owning. They are fine rifles...some think they are a tad heavy (but not me). Most shoot well and have very good, easily adjustable triggers.

hmm he is asking quite a bit more than that...it has a nikon scope and shots laser straight. When he bought it he said it was over $2000 before the scope and mounts...sounds like I'm being taken for a ride.

A few years ago, I could have got the grey wolf for 1100-1200dollars on gunbroker.

Just a thought, has he had any custom work done to it?

For the gun only $800.00 to $900.00 would be a fair price. If he paid $2,000.00 + for the gun only he overpaid. My 75, Zeizz, Opti Lock, and custom barrel cost just a little more than that.

There's a local dealer near me that has several 75's in stock still. I bought a Finnlight for 950.00 out the door and my buddy bought two SS's for $950.00 with Opti Lock bases and rings for $950.00 out the door. He still has a few SS and W/B models left. I think he even has one Grey Wolf in .270WSM still.

He showed me the box and it said $1870 and of course here in Ontario there is 15% tax on that...I think it was bought at S.I.R which is now Cabelas...anyway I appreciate the feedback
