Default new semi auto?

hello, i am considering about buying a new semi-auto.. any suggestions? i am on a kinda low budget. but i ll be open to any suggestions, thanks! I was looking at the mossberg 935, mainly because i am a left hand shooter, and the safety on that is top tang. that would help me alot.

i was also looking at stoeger.. i will be hunting just about everything... pheasants, rabbits, turkeys, ducks, geese, chukars, even deer if i can change the barrels. i have a mossberg 500 pump.. i love it. the best pump action gun i ve ever had hands down.. over 1,500 shots, and not one problem thus far.

Perfect,i hunt everything with my 2000,squirrel,rabbit,deer,turkey.I haven't seen a aftermarket barrel for a stoeger 2000.Use buckshot or rifled slugs,00 buck is good to about 40 yards, slugs are much better at longer range.

Well,i hunt with 00 buck for hunting in thick areas,i'v never shot slugs,i know their better at long range.I hunt with a scoped 243 for long range.I patterned with Winchester super x 3'' 00 buck at 40 yards with the full choke,it will keep all 15 pellets in a 12''circle.Your gun may prefer something different, even though they are the same gun.

ohh okay, with the mossberg 500, i used a different barrel.. it was rifled and had a scope with it, could hit pretty accurate with slugs out to 100.. anythin further than that, i use a .25-06.. i ve never used buckshot. hows the kick on that?
